Are you properly managing your NJ WORKER'S COMP patient intakes? If single employee businesses' are not mandated to carry coverage (not effective yet) you will have to bill Major Medical insurance. However, if you aren’t privy to this information on intake you could reach the Major Medical Statute of limitations before submitting claim.
